What is the ETL Thermoliner
The Envirotuff Liner is a thermal protection liner for wine and other products sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
ETL Types
There are types available for 20ft, 40ft dry and 40ft high cube containers.
How does the ETL work
The ETL is a fully woven reflective liner that is hung into a general purpose ISO shipping container and allows for forklift, hand or slip-sheet loading. Once loaded it is fully sealed providing a closed off temperature controlled environment for the goods inside.
Independent tests results from the University of WA have shown that over 97% of temperature trying to penetrate the ETL is reflected as is temperature inside which is trying to escape.
Temperature protection example
This is an example of the ETL usage. A container with ETL shipped from Australia to USA / West Coast and showed severely fluctuating temperatures during various stages of the journey. In this case the ETL prevented the products within from being exposed to temperatures exceeding 50 ° C!
